Free Fly Apparel: a great catch for scalable, omnichannel fulfillment

The Free Fly Apparel brand was created out of a love of fishing and being out in nature. After dilemmas with their original 3PL were beginning to trickle down to their operations, they decided it was time to search for another partner.

Free Fly needed a logistics partner who was not only an industry expert, but one they could trust to handle the complexities of a hybrid D2C ecommerce and wholesale distribution model.

Ryder was able to launch its brand-new custom integration right before the holiday season and began hitting their SLA requirements within the first week of launching – a huge achievement for a complex onboarding.

“Ryder provided the perfect balance of having advanced systems that are backed by decades of proven industry expertise. Just like us, they take great pride in what they do. This made them the ideal partner as our business grows,” said Mary-Chelsea Banister, Senior Manager at Free Fly Apparel.
